Who Can Do Pilates?

Pilates is for everybody.  Regardless of gender​, age, race, size, ability, or current fitness level.  People with back problems, poor posture, desk jobs, runners, cyclists, or post rehabilitation from injuries or surgeries.  Athletes looking to improve their range of motion, balance, and flexibility to run faster, swim faster, cycle faster or improve speed and strength with any type of athletic movement to have a competitive edge over their competition.

Pilates can help anyone by strengthening weak muscles and the stabilizing muscles while balancing out the body.

STYLES

Standard Pilates class description:

BUILD BALANCE, CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY.  This Athletic Pilates routine gradually builds throughout the class, with additional props and modifications to increase difficulty.  Full body workout flowing at a moderate pace.  20 to 35 Pilates moves allow you to control exertion without injury risk.

HIT, HiReform Pilates:

Pilates exercises taken up a notch...​

IMPROVE ATHLETIC CAPACITY, CONDITIONING, MUSCLE TONE AND FAT BURNING.   These sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour, with 10 to 20 Pilates or Functional Fitness moves with multiple numbers of circuits.  Intervals of intense exercises with less intense recovery periods make up this cutting edge blend of cardio and muscle burn.  

HICT, HiReform Circuit Pilates:

Pilates exercises taken up a notch...

IMPROVE ATHLETIC CAPACITY, CONDITIONING, MUSCLE TONE AND FAT BURNING.   These sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour, with 8 to 10 Pilates or Functional Fitness stations where the moves are repeated 4 times.  Intervals of intense exercises with less intense recovery periods make up this cutting edge blend of cardio and muscle burn.  

Restorative Pilates description:

REMOVE IMPACT FOR JOINT HEALTH, INCREASED BALANCE, COORDINATION AND STRESS RELIEF.  Designed for all ages with focus to restore health, strength, or feeling of well-being.  Great for a recovery day, injuries and restrictions.

Private Pilates description:

Will customize a routine based on your body posture and personal fitness goals.  Whether you are looking to improve in sports or athletic performance, relieve stress and back pain, prevent injury, increases flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance and muscular tone, or improve your posture Power Pilates Plus can provide the workouts needed to get the results.
