Barre classes blend cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets hips, glutes, abs and arms.

This empowering and energizing workout has proven to create long, lean , powerful muscles.


We offer Functional movements with modifications to assist clients with all levels of fitness, injuries and limitations.  No matter which class you venture into Barre is for all.  



This class is an accessible class that everyone can benefit from.  From Athletes, advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, first time students and everyone in between. 


Bootcamp classes offer a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT)- bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity combined with strength exercises. 

We include whole-body, multijoint exercises that simulate movements people do in life while always providing modifications for any issues you may have.
