Our Xformer Instructor Training is evolving!

This November, HiReformance Owner Jared Patterson and Director of Operations Christine Stauffer will personally lead our next training, bringing together decades of combined experience in Pilates, group fitness, coaching, and instructor development. Together, they lead the HiReformance Method and the teaching standards behind every HiReformance class.

And this isn't just a training weekend. From pre-training Xformer sessions and 20 hours of in-person education to our On the Mic Lab, practice teaching, shadowing, co-teaching and mentorship from seasoned HiReformance instructors, you'll be supported throughout the process as you develop the skills and confidence to lead a room.

Space is intentionally limited to allow for individualized coaching and feedback. Early registration is encouraged.

What You’ll Get with Your Registration:

• 20 hours of in-person training

• 5 Xformer sessions to prepare for training

• Access to all studios during non-class hours for practice

• Full Class Plans to help you prepare for your audition

• ​Mentorship & Support: You’ll be supported by seasoned HiReformance instructors throughout the process, giving you guidance, feedback, and hands-on support as you build confidence and prepare to teach on your own.

Post-Training Requirements to Qualify for Certification:

• Memorization and Mastery: Demonstrate proficiency in the HiReformance Method, including exercises, transitions, class flow, and microphone use.

• Completion of the Online Training Course

• Independent Practice Teaching Sessions: Teach other trainees, friends, or family as needed to prepare for your evaluation.

• Shadowing: Participate in at least 6 sessions (or more, if needed).

• Co-Teaching: Complete at least 6 co-teaching sessions with experienced HiReformance instructors (or more, if needed).

Final Instructor Audition

In this final stage, trainees will lead a full Xformer class to demonstrate their teaching skills, class flow, and mastery of the HiReformance Method for evaluation and potential hiring consideration.

 

Please Note: Completion of the Xformer Instructor Training certifies you exclusively in teaching the HiReformance Method. This certification is designed to prepare and qualify you to teach within the HiReformance framework; however, successful completion of the training does not guarantee a position as an instructor at HiReformance. All candidates must pass a Final Instructor Audition to ensure alignment with our studio standards and client needs.
