HOT MAT PILATES SCULPT TRAINING

Our HiReformance Hot Mat Pilates Sculpt Training is a 20-hour, in-person program designed for both aspiring instructors and current fitness professionals who want to learn how to confidently teach heated Mat Pilates Sculpt classes.

No prior teaching experience is required. This training is built to support you from the ground up, whether this is your first step into teaching or an opportunity to refine and expand your skills.

This program teaches true mat Pilates at its core, centered on stability, control, and breath, with thoughtful sculpt elements woven in to enhance strength and muscle tone.We focus on clear structure, intelligent sequencing, effective cueing, and safe progressions so you feel prepared, supported, and confident leading class.

You’ll also learn how to confidently and safely lead classes in a heated room, with a focus on pacing, heat awareness, and creating a supportive environment for every body. Beyond learning exercises, you’ll gain the tools to communicate clearly, move with intention, and hold space in the room, creating classes that feel approachable, empowering, and effective for all levels.

This is a paid certification-style training, and attendance at all sessions is required to complete the program.

Successful completion of the course does not guarantee a position as an instructor at HiReformance. All candidates must pass a Final Instructor Audition to ensure alignment with our studio standards and client needs.
