Ignite your workout in DanceBurn, the ultimate high-intensity dance cardio class that brings the heat from start to finish. Designed for all levels (especially beginners), this sweat-drenched session fuses easy-to-follow dance moves with nonstop energy and a fire soundtrack.

Hot Power Yoga
Bring your mat, a towel, and water!
This isn’t just yoga. It’s a full-body, sweat-dripping, strength-meets-recovery experience. Heated Power Yoga is a 50 minute athletic flow set in a 95 degree infrared-heated room to challenge your endurance, increase flexibility, and fire up every major muscle group.
With color changing lights to set the vibe and music that keeps you moving, you’ll flow through energizing sequences, powerful holds, and finish with deep stretches that feel as good as they are good for you.
