This is a combination of our Indoor Cycing and Cardio Sculpt classes.

First we start with 30 minutes of interval training on the cycling bikes.  Throughout the ride you will tone your core, arms and shoulders as you work your legs.  We will run through interval work with speed, power and endurance.  

After getting your high cardio with the bikes we will move to the hi-intensity circuit training with resistant bands, body weight, dumbbells, sliding discs, bosu balls, stability balls, and more. 

We offer modifications for all levels of fitness and injuries. Functional Fitness in a HIIT format.
